World’s most expensive suit length
Nishtha | Feb 26 2009

Here is something much superior to cashmere, obviously more pricey than the fabric that has dominated the fashion scene for years together. Holland & Sherry – world famous Scottish fabric weavers have introduced an ultra limited (seriously!) eighteen piece suit length collection for a whopping $50,000 each. The fabric is obtained from the wool of the elusive wild Vicuna, a relative of the llama that lives in the Andes mountains of Peru and Bolivia. The vicuna can apparently be shorn only once in three years, that too for a very small yield of fine wool.

With three colors – black, midnight and natural, to choose from, the customer takes the obvious delight of wearing the world’s most rare and expensive piece of clothing. The King of Morocco was the first one to place the order and I am sure there will be many seeking the rest seventeen.
