When you are out at a disco with loud music banging in your head, seldom are the chances that you will hear your cellphone ringing and this makes you miss many important calls. But now this wont happen as your dress will tell you about your incoming calls, cool no? Well, a British student Georgie Davies, worked with the cellphone company Sony Ericsson to design a dress that glows as soon as your cellphone rings. This can be called a perfect combination of technology and chic threads. The dress keeps you stylish as well as techy. It is a short-sleeved, knee-length white dress that’s covered from shoulder to hip with translucent scales that move and blink making you aware of all the calls even in the noisy areas. Davies plans to extend the technology part as he is trying to incorporate Bluetooth technology so that the dress can wirelessly interact with phones too.
Well, tennis star Maria Sharpova was seen modeling for this curious, geeky yet subtle dress and its no wonder that anyone would want to own such a exquisite piece of clothing.
