“East is east and west is west” – excuse me if I find it difficult to agree with this saying especially with regards to fashion. For the blend of east and west gave way to an exquisite Spring 2009 collection by designer Naeem Khan. The entire line showcases the versatility of the Indian art incorporated with gorgeous western texture, the detailed works designed with thousands of colors and patterns. I am amazed with the diverse shapes, sizes and shades he has experimented with. The oriental embroidery and floral prints are beautifully mixed up with the sophisticated shiny fabrics making it a superb collection.
