According to Buturo, the sashaying mini skirt clad beauties have become traffic stoppers in the country, making the drivers lose their concentration resulting in fatal traffic accidents. Now, what is the solution? Well, it is simple just ban the menace. Mini skirts might soon be banned from Uganda.
