Marilyn Monroe till date continues to inspire the world as a muse and many of London’s leading fashion entities have recently created pieces for a Forever Marilyn auction that will take place at the Scream Gallery.
The profits from the auction will be donated to Save the Children, a charity organization.
Organisers include Samantha Morton, Fran Cutler, Serena Rees, Meg Matthews and Daisy de Villeneuve.
The event has united the worlds of fashion, art, design and music. The auction will feature Marilyn-inspired designs by Tracey Emin, Sadie Frost, Alexander McQueen, Daisy de Villeneuve in collaboration with Belen Echandia, Sam Taylor Wood, Philip Treacy, Vivienne Westwood and Rodnik.
A unique collection of photographs of Marilyn will also be exhibited at the gallery from now until October 28.
