Lederhosen: Cropped pants with iPod controls
Somya | Apr 10 2008

What’s with people not wanting to control the iPod with its original device buttons, why do they constantly try and put it either in their jackets, their belts and now, in their pants? After nano belts and Zegna bluetooth jacket, here is another iPod inspired fashion opus - The Lederhosen. Made by Lodenfrey, a German company that’s been in action since 1842 and designs traditional and all-weather wear. Lederhosen are basically cropped pants that are worn predominantly by peasants in Germany and in the countries around it. Embroidered with monograms and designs, these generally use elk, goat, calf or pig hide as their raw material! It is definitely a bad deal for vegenist iPod listeners; and just wait until PETA finds this out!
