Missoni, Giorgio Armani lends fashion credibility to jumpsuits

Although Elvis Presley and Mick Jagger made it their costume on the stage during the vibrant 60s, and in recent years Britney Spears or even the Spice Girls wore catsuit clones of it, but the jumpsuit never quite became the choice of the fashion conscious people en masse. But going by designer fashion trends on the runaways in the last few days, the jumpsuit might soon be seen draped on bodies of women walking on the streets. A far cry from the casual plain informal clothing worn inside the house, the designer jumpsuits, coming from the world’s best couture designers – Missoni and Giorgio Armani, donned by models in Milan Catwalk combined style with elegance. The Missoni jumpsuit had wide culotte-style pants, ornate metallic top complimented with a glittering waistband. While the Giorgio Armani halter-neck jumpsuit was embellished at its best with beads and gems. With high-end designers giving their touch to jumpsuit designs, it will not be long before you jump in a jumpsuit to go to an evening party.

Elvis Presley was the greatest pop star of this century, still I nevre liked his jumpsuit style costume. But here credit goes to Missoni & Giorgio Armani. This is how we can change the way we perceive the jumpsuits. But this particular image looks like a ghost-party. lol!
