
Italian fashion house Gucci opened recently opened its largest store in Asia Pacific.
The 11,000 square foot flagship store in Hong Kong has been designed by architect James Carpenter.
Gucci celebrated the landmark opening with a grand fashion show and bash for the elite crowd of Hong Kong.
No expense has been spared for the glamorous interior which features rosewood, mohair velvet and brushed gold.
Gucci spokesperson Giannini said, ‘I particularly like the facade. Inside, I love the panel by Nancy Lorenz, the texture of the gold and silver and the reference of the Gucci bamboo, which has a particular relevance here in Hong Kong, and Asia.’
