Yes, as the name reveals it all, it the jacket which is embedded with these blinking lights not the bicycle. The arrows marked on the back of jacket blink on being activated with the help of indicative switches on the respective sleeves. All it needs is to be turned on first and then the respective switches can be pressed on and off to indicate the direction taken by the rider.
