Look’s like the famous designer with a skull fetish has finally moved on. Yes, I am talking about none other than Damien Hirst and his world renowned diamond crusted skull. But that’s old news, right? The recent scoop is that he has ventured into a denim line (jeans) and what better brand to choose than iconic Levis for this business! It’s a brilliant collaboration and together they will release a limited-edition run of what Hirst describes as ‘art you can wear’. The collection will be presented from October 23-26 at Colette.
Also, the new Fall 08 line has the spotlight on three common themes from the designer himself. They include skulls, spots and tropical butterflies. The images are inscribed on black jeans as well as white pants. Check out some of his creations after the jump.
