oops!! The mistake is regretted...Chloe is indeed a separate fashion house, and has nothing to do with the actress and designer by the same name. The least Miss tinynovelist(Gracie) could have done was use decent language instead of foul mouthing. Its just journalism we all do, but there is an etiquette to getting your point across.
