Picture this - you are sitting in an upmarket cafe, flashing your supercool eyewear, and the girl on the table opposite to yours gives you come hither glances, but...you do not respond. Thats because you can’t see her flashing her smiley at you. You’re too busy watching Dark Knight, courtsey your new goggles! Yes people, now it is possible to watch your favourite video on your peepers. Apple and Sony have come out with an eyewear especially constructed so you can watch video files off your iPod or any media player on them. Sony has collaborated with Apple to give users the perfect viewer experience with advanced technology for the screen inside the viewing area. True, this pair of gogs looks anything but cool right now. However, knowing Apple’s classy technology and designs, they are surely going to modify its design and make them look super stylish.

It is a nice article dear but sorry to say that there is a bit of confusion here. It isn’t Apple and Sony that are collaborating to bring the design out together. Indeed the real fact is that Apple and Sony both plan to bring out such a pair with increased viewing field to the market. Such goggles already exist but the range of visibility is restricted and the vision blurs out at corners. Apple is the one actually leading the race in the research but Sony too has plans to bring out something similar. This article was there on GizmoWatch.THEY ARE CALLED WEARABLE SCREENS!!!

Aha..Atul , thanks for making that point. Apple leads the race anyway, and is planning to come out(enhance/improvise) the eye goggles, Sony is there to enhance the viewer experience so users have the perfect technology combined with effortless viewing. Readers’ opinion always welcome. I went through the link you sent. However, the source I quoted was not irrelevant altogether.
